On Thursday, October 16, 2025, Professor Tawfiq Boufendi, rector of the University of August 20, 1955, Skikda, participated in the celebration of National Migration Day, under the supervision of the Governor of Skikda, Mr. Said Akrouf. A moment of silence was observed for the souls of our martyrs at the El Harrouch Martyrs Cemetery.
