On May 26, 2025, the English proficiency test for doctoral laureates across different specialties was officially launched at the Centre des Réseaux et des Systèmes d'information et de communication, de télé-enseignement à distance (centre de calcul). The event took place under the supervision of Professor Boufendi toufik, Rector of Skikda University, alongside Professor Mezedjeri Lyamine, Vice-Rector for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, and Dr. Hana Bougherira, English language representative.
