The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an offer for a high-level training scholarship in Belgium, provided by the International Seabed Authority (ISA) in collaboration with Global Sea Mineral Resources NV (GSR), for the year 2026. The training is in marine engineering (Ingénierie maritime), and lasts between 8 and 12 weeks. The fully funded program takes place in Antwerp, Belgium. This program is open to candidates under 35 years of age with a Master's degree in offshore structures engineering.
