Announcement Regarding Short-Term Mobility Abroad for University of Skikda Staff 

University of Skikda staff, including administrative and technical personnel, who are eligible for short-term mobility abroad, are hereby informed that the online application platform will be open from June 28 to July 11, 2026.

Those wishing to apply for the 2026 fiscal year must register on the online platform and upload the application file containing the required documents, in accordance with Ministerial Decree 345 issued on March 9, 2026, and the memorandum from the Directorate of Cooperation and University Exchange No. 083 issued on March 10, 2026, both of which are attached to this announcement.
