Important Announcement Regarding the Activation of the Electronic Access System (RFID Gates) on Campus
The administration of the University of August 20, 1955, Skikda, informs all members of the university community, staff, and students, in accordance with the Ministry's directives regarding the transition to a fourth-generation university, the modernization of university facilities management, and campus security, all entrances have been equipped with smart electronic gates (RFID gates).
Therefore, please adhere to the following instructions:
- Mandatory Card: Everyone must possess their card (professional card for faculty and staff, and student card for students).
Access Requirements: The card is the only means of access to the electronic gates and entry to the university.
- Implementation Date: This system will officially become operational, and the gates will be in service starting Saturday, May 16, 2026.
Note: The university administration calls upon everyone to cooperate and understand these procedures, which primarily aim to provide a safe and organized university environment.
