Applications for Short-Term Mobility Training Abroad Now Open for Unpaid Teachers and Doctoral Students
We inform all professors applying for short-term overseas transfers that the digital platform allows candidates to choose their transfer category, including English language proficiency improvement.
Candidates are required to select only one category: standard transfer (level improvement, advanced level) or English language proficiency improvement. This selection cannot be changed after the application period closes.
Anyone who has already submitted their application before the platform update must resubmit it, selecting the transfer category and indicating this in the written request included in the application. Applicants should be informed that a single ranking will be used for both transfer categories. Furthermore, applicants should note that the application file for English language proficiency improvement is the same as for standard transfers for the academic rank of the applicant, with the addition of proof of English language proficiency, which is a prerequisite for acceptance of this transfer category. In light of the latest developments in this regard, it has been decided to extend the application deadline until Sunday, April 26, 2026.
