In line with the commitment to ongoing dialogue and strengthening communication channels with social partners, on Monday evening, June 8, 2026, the University Rector, Professor Boufendi Toufik, presided over a meeting with the provincial office of the National Independent Union of University Employees (SNAPES_Skikda). The meeting was attended by the University Secretary General, the Vice Rectors, the Deputy Director of Human Resources and Training, the Head of the Network and Communication Systems Center, the Head of Internal Security, and members of the SNAPES union branch at the university. The meeting focused on reviewing and discussing various concerns and issues of interest to university employees. The discussion was characterized by a spirit of responsibility and transparency, with the administrative staff listening attentively to the points raised and providing the necessary responses and clarifications.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the University Rector emphasized that the administration prioritizes social dialogue to foster mutual trust.
